UI/UX Designer

About This Role

We need a UI/UX designer who can translate complex requirements into beautiful, intuitive interfaces. You will own the full design process — from user research and wireframes to final Figma designs and developer handoff — for web applications, mobile apps, and enterprise dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
• Create wireframes, information architecture, and low-fi prototypes
• Design high-fidelity UI in Figma with pixel precision
• Build and maintain comprehensive design systems
• Create interactive prototypes for usability testing
• Collaborate with developers during implementation
• Run usability tests and iterate based on findings
• Design responsive interfaces for web, iOS, and Android

Requirements

• 2+ years UI/UX design experience
• Expert-level Figma skills (components, auto-layout, variables)
• Strong understanding of design systems
• Mobile design — iOS HIG and Material Design guidelines
• WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
• Portfolio demonstrating web and mobile projects
• Basic understanding of how designs are implemented in code
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

• Motion design — Lottie, After Effects, Principle
• User research methods — Maze, Hotjar, UserTesting
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding
• Experience designing for dashboards and data-heavy interfaces
• Illustration or icon design skills
• Experience with enterprise software or B2B products
