UI/UX Designer
About This Role
We need a UI/UX designer who can translate complex requirements into beautiful, intuitive interfaces. You will own the full design process — from user research and wireframes to final Figma designs and developer handoff — for web applications, mobile apps, and enterprise dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, information architecture, and low-fi prototypes
- Design high-fidelity UI in Figma with pixel precision
- Build and maintain comprehensive design systems
- Create interactive prototypes for usability testing
- Collaborate with developers during implementation
- Run usability tests and iterate based on findings
- Design responsive interfaces for web, iOS, and Android
Requirements
- 2+ years UI/UX design experience
- Expert-level Figma skills (components, auto-layout, variables)
- Strong understanding of design systems
- Mobile design — iOS HIG and Material Design guidelines
- WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Portfolio demonstrating web and mobile projects
- Basic understanding of how designs are implemented in code
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have
- Motion design — Lottie, After Effects, Principle
- User research methods — Maze, Hotjar, UserTesting
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding
- Experience designing for dashboards and data-heavy interfaces
- Illustration or icon design skills
- Experience with enterprise software or B2B products
